234wim Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "234wim" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 234wim.cam, including all games, features, services, payment functions, and communications offered thereunder.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a valid account on 234wim and is accessing the Platform for gaming, wagering, or any other permitted purpose.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on 234wim, used to access platform services and hold wallet balances.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a Player's 234wim account, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by 234wim under promotional terms that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus or resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By registering an account on 234wim, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with 234wim's Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of 234wim and must not register or maintain an account on the Platform.

To register and maintain a valid 234wim account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for online casino-style gambling participation in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a resident or are otherwise physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming as offered by 234wim is lawful.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 234wim or its associated entities.

234wim reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 234wim. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 234wim account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. 234wim will never ask you for your full password via email, phone, or live chat.

You must notify 234wim immediately via live support if you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without your authorization, or that your login credentials have been disclosed to any third party.

234wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• The account holder is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed;
• The account is associated with a Prohibited Territory;
• KYC or identity verification requirements have not been satisfied within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account restriction.

Upon permanent account closure, 234wim will process any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of all required verification procedures.

234wim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of locally supported Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT. Supported methods are subject to change; current available options are displayed within your 234wim account wallet section.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 234wim is ₱10. Deposits are credited to your wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 234wim does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. 234wim targets the following processing timeframes, which are not guaranteed and may vary based on payment provider performance:

• GCash / PayMaya: 5–30 minutes from approval

• USDT: 30–120 minutes depending on blockchain network

234wim reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above threshold limits or where unusual account activity has been flagged. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure applied consistently across all 234wim accounts.

All transactions on 234wim must involve funds that belong legally to the account holder. Use of the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where applicable.

234wim offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The specific terms — including bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods — are specified for each individual promotion at the time of offer.

The following general rules apply to all 234wim bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements count only toward eligible game categories as specified per promotion. Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering rules.
• Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure or permanent account suspension for Terms violations.

All games available on 234wim operate under rules specific to each game type and game provider. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics and payouts.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published by game providers and are available within each game's information panel on 234wim. These percentages are theoretical long-term averages and are not guaranteed for any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure during a game round, 234wim will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's wallet. 234wim's decision on such matters is final.

234wim does not permit the use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any third-party software that interacts with the Platform's games programmatically. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 234wim. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one (1) account on 234wim, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer and multiplayer game formats;
• Use of betting bots, automated scripts, exploit software, or any technical manipulation of game mechanics;
• Money laundering, structuring, or use of 234wim for any transaction involving criminally obtained funds;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Threats, harassment, or abusive conduct toward 234wim staff or other platform users via any communication channel;
• Accessing 234wim from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 234wim Platform solely for personal, non-commercial online gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, copying, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

Game content, including artwork, audio, animations, and game mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is licensed to 234wim for distribution. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any game content is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 234wim, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of the Platform;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Any losses arising from technical failures, maintenance outages, or platform unavailability, provided 234wim takes reasonable steps to minimise disruption;
• Decisions made by the Player to wager particular amounts — gaming involves inherent financial risk and 234wim does not guarantee any particular outcome.

234wim's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 234wim's liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

234wim collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account, you consent to 234wim processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and communications relating to your account and eligible promotions.

234wim does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies as necessary for platform operations and legal compliance.

234wim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the following:

• Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.
• Non-material updates, including corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter Player rights or obligations, may take effect immediately upon publication.
• The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

If a Player objects to any amended Terms, their sole recourse is to cease use of 234wim and request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of 234wim, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication via 234wim's live chat or email support channel. 234wim commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and to providing a substantive response within 30 days of receipt of a complete written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may seek resolution through the relevant Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction, or through PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism where applicable and available.

Any claim or cause of action arising under these Terms must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by Philippine law.
